Synergy Development Firm was started back in 2018 with the mission of helping Sellers and beautifying our local neighborhoods in the Chicagoland area. We synergized with many Sellers in distress giving them the opportunity to close their current chapter and move on to the next phase of their journey. We built and served in many neighborhoods; transforming lives and building communities by offering fully renovated homes.
For years, we worked out of the same home they we lived in, learning the ropes of the Real Estate Industry flipping several properties along the way. Years after starting the business, the team improved the business’s organizational structure and partnered with a team of Real Estate Investors with years of experience, proven systems and a wealth of effective training, resources and support.
As a company, we have developed into a passionate cohesive team dedicated to helping Sellers, Buyers, Contractors, Real Estate Agents and other Real Estate Professionals right here in Chicagoland.
